Thời gian trung bình xét duyệt visa Úc sẽ được cập nhật hàng tháng, cung cấp cho bạn khung thời gian chỉ định để xử lý đơn xin visa. Thời gian xử lý có sẵn cho phần lớn các loại thị thực và các hồ sơ xin quốc tịch, nhưng sẽ loại trừ một số lớp con như những diện loại visa đóng cửa cho người mới tham gia, bị giới hạn và xếp hàng hoặc có số lượng đơn đăng ký thấp. Hai thời gian xử lý được hiển thị trong các ngày theo lịch, cho biết thời gian xử lý là bao lâu để hoàn thành 75 và 90% đơn đăng ký được gửi trên toàn cầu.
Thời gian xử lý bị ảnh hưởng mỗi tháng bởi những thay đổi về khối lượng hồ sơ, các thời đỉnh điểm theo mùa, các trường hợp phức tạp và các hồ sơ không đầy đủ.
